The film starts with a change over Naples because of real-estate dealings. An older building was collapsed because of the process of building a new building. With this tragedy, two of them were died. One boy lost his left leg and many of them are injured. Many of the people lost everything. The Earnest city council member named Devita searches for who is responsible. The responsible people offer him money but refuses. It’s a wonderful story and also very different. We all like it.
